I'm Yulanda!
I wasn't born in the South but I got here as fast as I could. I was born and raised in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Now living in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina.
My love for photography started way back. I can remember during the holidays chasing my cousins around with my camera to capture every moment. In high school, it was all about the year book, and in college took my first photography class, learned film with my dad's pentax camera, developed prints in the dark room and studied fine arts with a concentration in graphic design.
I love capturing families together in nature, connecting with snuggles and laughter over the perfectly posed image. Environments that are meaningful such as your home is especially precious to remember over the years.
This girl behind the lens lives for coffee, chocolate and music from all genres.
I function best with organization, a cozy blanket and soft lighting - candles and little lamps are found in every corner.
When I'm not behind my camera or desk designing, you will find me with my other loves; my supportive husband, our fast growing girl and our pup - Hazel.
We love the simple things in life, serving our community, being outdoors lakeside and spending time with friends and family. You will always find us sitting around a table for a competitive game night with friends.
